The part bar, part brewhouse part restaurant with high ceilings has a Norwegian-Northwoods feel to it. That vibe in part due to the signature piece of the Viking Brew Pub: the large wooden prow of a Viking Ship which greets visitors first stepping through the front door. The bow is a large, featuring a steam-breathing Nordic dragon (named Hilda) when owner Vik Mailing flicks a certain switch.
