the edge of the Southern Kettle Moraine State Forest in Palmyra, Wisconsin.
Rushing Waters also produces award-winning smoked fish, trout and salmon, smoked to perfection using our own special recipe of herbs, fruits, sugars and spices in special ovens fired with northern hardwoods. Its delicious aroma and flavor come without chemicals or artificial preservatives.
