Emigail’s Roadhouse in Edgerton, WI was founded in the summer of 2000 by Scot Severson, a native of Edgerton WI. Emigail’s is a small locally owned bar and restaurant in the small quaint village of Newville, just east of Edgerton. Scot’s vision was to create an inviting,cozy, and friendly atmosphere that provides southern home-style food. Emigail’s is best known for its authentic Cajun style dishes such as Jambalaya, Etouffee, and Gumbo. It is also one of the few establishments in Wisconsin to offer Crawfish and Alligator Tail, which is the favorite among the locals.
