Sara’s Health and Fitness Is Hosting A Fall Wellness Retreat

Edgerton  - (From Press Release) - This Saturday, October 12 from 11:00 am to 2:00 pm enjoy a 3 hour mini retreat featuring a variety of businesses focused on wellness. Grab a hot cider and visit each table to learn a wealth of information about healthy living and self-awareness. Every 15 minutes attendees  will have the chance to hear how these local businesses work, ask questions, and participate in sample sessions. Between speakers, help yourself to a chili and potato bar and treats. The first 50 people to register will receive a goodie bag and 2 tickets to enter a Grand Prize Drawing.
